Job summary

Browne Group is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to bring structure, safety and momentum to our sites across the Greater London area. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate operatives and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid health & safety mindset, with relevant site qualifications (SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card).

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction or similar works sites.
• Experience in the water/wastewater utilities industry.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to motivate site teams.
• Relevant site qualifications (SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to specification.
• Coordinate site operatives and subcontractors, manage work sequencing and quality.
• Maintain health and safety standards and act as the key on-site contact.
• Communicate proactively to address issues and keep works progressing smoothly.
