Browne Construction is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to bring structure, safety and momentum to our projects. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate operatives and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered to specification on time.

The role requires strong organisational and problem-solving skills, clear communication, and relevant site qualifications (SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card). You will be the on-site contact, maintaining safety standards and upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction or similar works sites.
• Experience in the water/wastewater utilities industry.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to motivate site teams.
• Relevant site qualifications (SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities, ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
• Coordinate site operatives and subcontractors, manage work sequencing.
• Monitor quality and maintain health and safety standards.
• Act as the key on-site contact, with clear and proactive communication.
• Address issues promptly and ensure works progress smoothly.
