Job summary

PSR Solutions is recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to join a construction project for an established contractor in Buckinghamshire. The role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the site and supervising the workforce, with a focus on accurate records and safety.

The ideal candidate will hold an SSSTS qualification and have previous site supervision experience, a good understanding of site procedures, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• SSSTS in site supervision is essential.
• Experience as Site Supervisor/Assistant Site Manager/ Site Manager.
• Good understanding of construction site procedures.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail when collecting and filing information.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to keep accurate records and follow processes.
• A proactive approach and willingness to get involved.

Responsibilities

• Supervising subcontractors and site operatives.
• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.
• Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
• Monitoring progress and reporting any issues.
• Completing and maintaining site documentation.
• Collecting, organising and filing project data and records.
• Maintaining inspection records, delivery records, site paperwork and other documentation.
• Assisting with site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks.
• Liaising with subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Ensuring site procedures and health & safety requirements are followed.
• Providing regular updates to the Site Manager and project team.
