Job summary

Ser- is recruiting a Site Supervisor for Concrete Repairs & Civils to operate across the South West and Bristol region. The role blends on-site supervision with essential paperwork and compliance responsibilities, offering a £50k–£60k salary plus a benefits package in a permanent position.

The successful candidate will split their time ~50/50 between managing works on site and maintaining watertight documentation, RAMS, permits and QA records, while coordinating labour and materials and liaising

Qualifications

Site Supervisor – Concrete Repairs & Civils

South West & Bristol | £55,000 – £60,000 + Package | Permanent

Are you a Site Supervisor who is just as strong with the paperwork as you are out on site?

I’m working exclusively with A nationwide civils contractora specialist contractor delivering concrete repair, structural refurbishment and civil engineering projects across the UK. Due to continued growth across the South West and Bristol region, they are looking to strengthen their operational team with experienced Site Supervisors.

This is not a role where you’ll be stuck behind a desk all day.

They need someone who can comfortably split their time 50/50 between managing the site and keeping the paperwork, compliance and documentation absolutely watertight.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for supervising works across projects throughout the South West, including Bristol and surrounding areas, working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, engineers, operatives and subcontractors.

Day to day will include:

• Supervising site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
• RAMS, permits, site records and daily documentation
• Quality inspections and QA paperwork
• Toolbox talks and site briefings
• Health & Safety compliance
• Progress reporting
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials
• Working alongside the site team and maintaining a strong presence on the ground
• Liaising with management and clients throughout delivery

Who We’re Looking For

Ideally you’ll come from a civil engineering, concrete repair, structural repair, highways, infrastructure or specialist contracting background.

You’ll need to be:

• A confident Site Supervisor with strong site experience
• Very good with paperwork and site documentation
• Comfortable working both operationally on site and administratively
• Strong on Health & Safety and quality
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicating with operatives, subcontractors and clients
• Willing to travel across the South West region
