Structural Metal Decks Ltd (SMD) seeks a Concrete Supervisor to cover the South of England, joining our Midlands-based supervisor team. The role blends office and site duties, coordinating concrete activity across multiple contracts with regular site visits and travel as required.
The position requires minimum 1 year of supervisory construction experience and 2 years in concrete work, with UK driving, CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS credentials. A company vehicle is provided for site visits.

We are looking to appoint a Concrete Supervisor to cover the South of England and to join our existing team of supervisors, who are currently based from our Midlands office.
This role is a combination of office-based and site-based work, supporting the Contracts Team with the coordination of concrete activities across multiple contracts. You will work with the Team & manage your own schedule to ensure regular visits to live sites, supervising concrete works and maintaining high standards across all activities.
The role can involve significant travel during busy periods, including lodging away from home when required (potentially a 3-4 nights per week, depending on site location).
As a Concrete Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site concrete activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to a high standard, and in line with programme requirements.
