Job summary

UPB Ltd is recruiting for a Site Supervisor on a 12-month, site-based project in Middlesbrough. You will supervise a section of works including foundations, shallow drainage and RC works, and oversee safety of groundworkers and shuttering joiners, reporting to a Senior Site Manager.

Key responsibilities include managing site activity, delivering high-quality workmanship, and conducting briefings to the crew while maintaining standards across all construction phases.

Qualifications

• CSCS Gold Card and NVQ L3 minimum.
• SMSTS/SSSTS required.
• First Aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

UPB are a construction & civil engineering recruitment specialist, working with a construction contractor to hire a Site Supervisor.

You will be joining a 12 month project, site based, supervising a section of works which include foundations, shallow drainage & RC works. You will oversee safety of groundworkers & shuttering joiners, reporting back to a senior Site Manager.
