Network Plus, based at our Worsley depot, is seeking a Supervisor to manage internal metering operatives working on the United Utilities Metering contract. You will lead a team to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality service, while ensuring profitability for Network Plus and maintaining client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have experience with the UU Metering contract, strong leadership, and the ability to engineer on-site solutions, coordinating with scheduling to keep programmes

• Full UK driving licence required.

Description

Based at our Office in Worsley depot you will be responsible for Supervising and managing the internal metering operatives working as part of the United Utilities Metering contract. Working to meet the needs of the client in the most cost-effective manner, whilst working with your team and making a profit for Network Plus. You will provide technical expertise, experience and work within a team to deliver a first-class service to our customers.

The Supervisor will ideally be competent on working on the United Utilities Network and have experience of working on the UU Metering contract.

Be able to engineer solutions on site and focus your teams on completing work right first time.

Working with the scheduling team ensuring programmes are managed and delivered accordingly providing support to ensure that the company’s work is effectively completed through communication with internal and external customers as well as the management of the business and client database systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of each workstream, coordinating the work from receipt, through to job completion.
• To ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner.
• To provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved.
• To provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change.
• To ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures
