Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily civil engineering activities on highway projects in the Stockbridge area. You will oversee road works, drainage, kerbing, and related civils, ensuring progress aligns with the programme and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven site supervision experience, relevant certifications (SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS), and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate labour, plant and materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Supervisor on highways or general civil engineering projects.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Valid Gold CSCS card.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
