Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily civil engineering operations across highways, drainage, kerbing, paving and roadworks. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and liaise with project managers, engineers and clients to ensure works stay on programme.

The role requires proven site management experience in general civils, along with SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black) and First Aid certification, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification.
• Gold or Black CSCS card valid.
• First Aid qualification valid.
