Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily site activities on a highways scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

You will supervise site operatives and subcontractors, allocate daily tasks, monitor progress and liaise with Site Management to report issues and keep works on schedule. A valid CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid certification are required, along with strong leadership and health and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman on highways or civil engineering projects.
• Experience supervising site gangs and operatives.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
