Job summary

DARA PEOPLE LTD. is seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor for UK projects. You will oversee foundations, drainage, concrete works and external works, leading groundworks gangs and coordinating labour, plant and materials to keep programmes on track.

Must have 5+ years' supervisory experience, SSSTS/SMSTS, and a full UK driving licence. Travel and accommodation are provided when working away.

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong practical building groundworks knowledge.
• Confident managing people, subcontractors and site delivery.

Up to £60k permanent or £300/day freelance — with travel and accommodation covered when working away.

The Opportunity

An established specialist contractor is looking for experienced Groundworks & Civils Supervisors to deliver building groundworks across Milton Keynes, Luton, Surrey and other UK locations.

You’ll run smaller packages independently or work alongside Site Managers on larger schemes.

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 07:30–17:00, with occasional weekend work at enhanced rates (premium and eligibility TBC).
