Job summary

RTL Group in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day tunnelling activities on our civil engineering site. You will manage site teams, plant operators, and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification. The role requires strong earthworks and civils background, CSCS Black card, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and a valid lifting operations ticket; previous site supervision experience is essential.

• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• First Aid qualification.
