Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Reactive Civils Supervisor to oversee drainage and civils works across the South of England. You will manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinate resources, ensure health and safety standards, and drive the delivery of reactive works.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civils, drainage, or utilities projects.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Street Works (Operative or Supervisor).
• Confined Space.
• EUSR Modules 1-5.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Civils Supervisor

The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours standby rota.
