Job summary

Example Recruitment is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to work on a permanent basis, overseeing a variety of planned and reactive works across council housing contracts.

You will coordinate operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works meet the required quality, programme and safety standards, while liaising with residents and clients across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• We require previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role, ideally within the social housing sector with refurbishment or maintenance experience.
• You will need to be organized, confident managing trades and subcontractors, and able to work effectively across multiple properties and projects.

Salary: £38,000 per annum
