Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Site Supervisor in London to lead the security team, oversee daily operations, and ensure service excellence on the contract.

You will coordinate staffing, manage incidents, monitor CCTV and access control, and support staff development while upholding the company's values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA licence.
• Managerial or supervisory experience in security.
• Experience managing multiple sites within a contracted environment.
• Strong IT competency including Microsoft Office and security reporting systems.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve high performance.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year work history.
• Proactive problem solving and operational excellence.

Pay: £24.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week working Monday to Friday
