Job summary

Securitas UK is hiring a Site Supervisor in London to lead security operations, supervise officers and ensure service excellence on the contract.

You will coordinate rosters, manage incidents, mentor staff and maintain CCTV and access control systems while delivering a professional safety culture.

A valid SIA licence and English communication skills are essential; the role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with strong learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence is required.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience within security.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites within a contracted environment.
• Strong IT competency, including MS Office and security reporting systems.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year history.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and operational excellence.
