Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking an on-site security professional to welcome staff, visitors and contractors and to lead the on-site security team during shifts. The role emphasizes safeguarding people and property across the premises with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities include patrols, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, incident response, and ensuring compliance with site procedures. You will support emergency procedures and help develop the team for a safer, more secure workplace.

Qualifications

• British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years.
• The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed.

What we're looking for

Ideally, you'll have

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence
• Previous control room experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• A proactive approach, strong customer focus, and excellent team-building skills
• A valid CCTV Licence and full UK driving licence
• British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements)
• The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English
• Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
