Zusammenfassung

MARCH is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join our growing team in the UK. Reporting to the Site Management team, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating site activities, liaising with clients and residents, and maintaining strict health and safety practices across sites. A CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS are preferred, along with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Strong customer liaison and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrable commitment to maintaining safe, efficient, and well-organised sites.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor quality standards and work closely with clients to ensure all project deliverables meet expectations.
• Support the Site Management team in achieving project objectives, programme targets, and operational excellence.
