Job description

I am working alongside a tie 1 main contractor who are looking to onboard a site supervisor for an infrastructure and structures package being delivered in the Essex/ Suffolk region. My client operate nationwide across infrastructure/ civils and construction projects for both public and private sector clients.

Site supervisor responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance across the site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain progress and quality standards.
• Report on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all works are conducted in accordance with Highways England standards and specifications.

Site supervisor requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• CSCS card.
• SSSTS/ SMSTS.
• First aid ticket.
• TWS/ TWC - Desirable.
• Proven experience within highway and structures schemes.
• Full UK driving licence.
