Options Resourcing is working closely with a trusted industry leader to find a capable Site Supervisor to oversee the internal decoration and flooring of a high-rise student accommodation in North Bristol for a minimum of 12 months starting in June.

The successful Supervisor will have demonstrable experience working on internals and flooring, ideally with student accommodation.

Responsibilities

1. Manage trades on site daily.
2. Maintain the program of works.
3. Ensure work complies with H&S standards.
4. Maintain site records and progress reports.

Certificates Required

• SSSTS/SMSTS
• First Aid Qualification
• CSCS Card

This role is paid inside IR35, available via PAYE or PAYE Umbrella.
