I am working alongside a regional civil engineering contractor who is looking to onboard a site supervisor to help deliver a new scheme just outside of Bristol. My client operates heavily across the South-west and delivers schemes across both the construction and civil sectors.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the project management team.
• Managing plant, labour, and materials.
• Supervising site activities.
• Conducting toolbox talks.
• Performing plant and machinery inspections.
• Keeping accurate records.
• Managing health and safety on site.
• Liaising with the client and key stakeholders.

Site Supervisor Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• First aid certification.
• Experience with Cat & Genny.
• Safety critical medical clearance.
• Previous experience with earthworks or civils.
• Full UK driving license.
