Qualifications

• Understanding of contract and company procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction works within area of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with legal, company and project requirements.
• Coordinate area with other project areas and manage junior staff.
• Review subcontractor requirements and oversee progress against programme.
• Maintain records of site progress and variations with commercial teams.
