Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Sub-Agent for the AMP 8 Framework, based in our Chatham / Falmer offices. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating labour, plant, and materials, and ensuring works meet specification.

You will lead supervisors and engineers, maintain health & safety standards, and monitor subcontract performance while applying strong commercial awareness. SMSTS/CSCS or CPCS qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• You have a relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree) and are Chartered with ICE or working towards it.
• You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects with strong commercial awareness.
• You possess excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems
• Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered to specification
• Overseeing labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources with accurate recording
• Managing and monitoring sub-contractor performance and delivery
• Leading supervisors, site engineers and section engineers whilst ensuring quality assurance and daily monitoring
