Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Sub-Agent to join our AMP 8 Framework team in Chatham / Falmer. You will coordinate, plan and deliver preconstruction and construction phase activities across projects, ensuring safety, quality and profitability.

Based in our Chatham / Falmer offices, this role offers a 40-hour week with some flexibility on start/end times, and a salary up to £60,000 plus a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Qualification in management or related field; ICE chartered or working towards it.
• Proven track record in delivering projects with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS cards.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems
• Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered to specification
• Overseeing labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources with accurate recording
• Managing and monitoring sub-contractor performance and delivery
• Leading supervisors, site engineers and section engineers whilst ensuring quality assurance and daily monitoring
