Zusammenfassung

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a proactive Site Setup Coordinator to support mobilisation and demobilisation of construction sites across the UK. You will coordinate welfare and accommodation, manage supplier relationships, and ensure sites are fully operational from day one.

Key duties include maintaining mobilisation programmes, liaising with project teams and stakeholders, and delivering practical solutions while upholding health, safety and compliance standards across nationwide projects.

Qualifikationen

• CSCS Card (Labourer level or above) is required.
• CITB SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is required.
• Experience coordinating logistics, mobilisation activities, facilities or site operations.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate site mobilisation and demobilisation across multiple projects.
• Act as main point of contact between project teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Attend UK sites to oversee and support setup activities.
• Develop mobilisation programmes to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues to maintain service levels.
• Ensure all site setup requirements are ordered, tracked and completed on time.
• Produce reports and project updates for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
