Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a proactive Site Setup Coordinator to support mobilisation and demobilisation of construction sites across the UK. You will be the key contact for site setup, coordinating welfare facilities, supplier relationships and ensuring smooth demobilisation at project completion.

You will build relationships, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities, playing a central role in project delivery with strong health and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships at all levels.
• Experience coordinating logistics, mobilisation activities, facilities or site operations.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site mobilisation and demobilisation across multiple projects.
• Act as main contact between project teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Attend sites across the UK to oversee and support setup activities.
• Develop and manage mobilisation programmes to deliver on time and to specification.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues to maintain service levels.
• Ensure all site setup requirements are ordered, tracked and completed on time.
• Produce reports and project updates for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records and file management.
• Support teams with enquiries and provide practical site solutions.
• Promote high standards of health, safety and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
