An established educational institution is seeking a dedicated Site Services Officer to ensure the effective running of its premises. This role involves responding to maintenance requests, performing janitorial duties, and ensuring the safety and security of the school environment. Salary: Grade 4 - £25,183.00 - £28,624.00 (full-time equivalent) plus shift allowance (where applicable)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Split shifts from Monday to Thursday, 06:30 – 10:30 and 14:30 – 18:00; Friday, 06:30 – 10:00 and 14:30 – 18:00

Our Site Services Officer plays a vital role in the effective running of the school. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance calls, manual handling and lifting, janitorial duties, and monitoring and security tasks.
The role requires driving a minibus; therefore, the successful candidate must have held a driving license for at least 2 years.
We seek an enthusiastic and committed individual with a 'can-do' attitude, preferably with experience in repairs and maintenance within a similar environment.
