Qualifications
- Experience leading Site Services, Facilities or Utilities teams in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, HVAC, utilities and facility infrastructure.
- Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of site services and maintenance engineers.
- Manage utilities, facilities and critical infrastructure across the site.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Lead contractor management and permit-to-work processes.
- Drive energy, waste, water and efficiency improvement projects.
- Manage site boilers, HVAC, electrical and utility systems.
- Support audits, compliance activities and statutory inspections.
