Job summary

BardWood Support Services is seeking an Area Support Officer in Lowestoft to provide security across client premises and retail sites. The role includes patrols, monitoring access, incident reporting, and travelling between sites.

Your flexibility to work day and night shifts, including weekends, and travel reasonable distances will be essential as you support multiple contracts and uphold ASCONE/SAFER procedures while communicating professionally with staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Must be a driver with access to their own vehicle.
• Willing to travel between sites and work weekends as required.
• 5-year checkable work history.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide security across client premises and retail sites.
• Carry out regular patrols and maintain a strong security presence.
• Monitor access and respond to incidents appropriately.
• Complete incident reports and follow ASCONE/SAFER procedures.
• Travel between sites and support other duties as required.
