Axon is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer for its Real Time Operations in London. You will contribute to building reliable cloud-native services, collaborate with RTO engineering teams, and enable product teams to scale features globally.

We value engineers who write clean code, champion reliability, and create self-service tooling for rapid provisioning and incident response. This role is based in London with on-site work expectations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in site reliability or similar roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Java/C#).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling.
• Strong observability, logging, metrics, and incident response skills.
• Ability to design tooling for operational automation and self-service.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain reliable, scalable cloud-native platforms.
• Champion best practices for reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain self-service tooling for engineers.
• Write clear, maintainable code and documentation.
• Debug distributed systems and drive root-cause analysis.
• Educate engineering teams on architecture improvements.
