Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring Site Reliability Engineers to set the reliability standard across all platforms. You will work with product and engineering teams to define targets, build tooling, and shape architectures for resilience in a real-time, latency-sensitive environment.

You will contribute to disaster recovery, incident response, and AI-assisted resolution, driving improvements with minimal downtime and high reliability across global services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running production systems at scale as an SRE, infra engineer or similar.
• Strong background in backend development and automation to solve reliability problems.
• Experience owning incident response, on-call and post-mortems.
• Experience with observability, alerting and defining/tracking SLOs or SLAs.
• Solid grounding in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and run disaster recovery programmes with ambitious targets.
• Define SLAs and SLOs with product teams and build tooling to track them.
• Own incident detection, response, post-mortems, and on-call processes.
• Build AI-assisted investigation and auto-resolution from diagnosis to remediation.
• Embed with product teams to shape architecture for resilience at scale.
