Job summary

Eko Talent, on behalf of a leading Waste & Recycling company, seeks an experienced Recycling Site Manager to lead site operations in Greater London. You will ensure safety compliance, maximise efficiency and oversee day-to-day production activities.

The role reports to senior management; you will supervise staff, schedule maintenance, keep records and enforce safety protocols to maintain high standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience at a MRF site, Transfer Station, Recycling or Waste Site.
• Proven track record in managing staff and ensuring efficient operations.
• Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Transfer site operates at maximum efficiency
• Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently
• Supervise and manage staff to maintain high standards
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and inventory
• Oversee loading and unloading of materials
• Enforce safety protocols for all staff
• Suggest improvements for operational efficiency
• Secure the facility and manage stock safety
