Come and join us as a Site Receptionist / Administrator at our Broomfleet site in Gilberdyke!

With 204 plants across 30 countries, we manufacture over 400 products including bricks, roof tiles, construction membranes, and piping solutions for the homebuilding, renovation, and built environment markets. Our Role

We are recruiting a part-time Site Receptionist / Administrator based at our Broomfleet site in Gilberdyke. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide confidential, timely, accurate, and efficient reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business, managing workload and commitments effectively.


Key Objectives and Responsibilities
  1. Undertake reception duties, liaise with visitors, and ensure site inductions are completed and kept up-to-date.
  2. Provide general administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the plant.
  3. Create and process purchase orders, handle goods receipting, resolve invoice queries, maintain weekly outstanding jobs list, and use SAP for commands.
  4. Produce documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as required.
  5. Communicate professionally with external and internal clients.
  6. Input data into spreadsheets, SAP, and other bespoke software systems.
  7. Assist the Office Manager with payroll and undertake payroll cover as needed.
  8. Ensure training files and related documentation are audit-ready at all times.
  9. Identify areas where administrative support can be improved or provided.
Skills & Experience
  • Pro-rata annual salary of £23,873 for 22.5 hours per week.
  • Reception experience, including answering phones and greeting visitors and contractors.
  • Proactive, organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Confident in verbal and written communication.
  • Good IT skills, especially Word and Excel.
  • Experience with timesheet and payroll data input.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP experience is desirable.
Hours of Work

22.5 hours per week over three days (Monday to Wednesday), to be discussed at interview.
