EDF France is seeking a responsible individual to oversee Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operations at Stogursey, United Kingdom. You will plan inspector numbers according to project progress and supervise subcontracted NDT operations, ensuring compliance and report issuing.

Aufgaben

• Planning numbers of inspectors required according to the progress of the works.
• Performing and/or supervising subcontracted NDT operations on site.
• Responsible for drawing-up and issuing test and inspection reports.
• Performing and monitoring the NDT technical inspection including compliance with procedures.
• Ensuring availability of inspection equipment on site.
• Attendance at the EM2 weekly internal progress meeting.
• Production of weekly reports on inspection activities.
• Examining documents created by the Site Methods unit.
• Assisting with acceptance of equipment and consumables.
• Participating in the pre-check signoff of quality plans.
• Assisting in processing nonconformance reports.
• Compiling the Erection Work Completion report.
• Gathering performance documentation as the works progress.
• Ensuring notifications to supervisory organizations are issued.
• Signing of concreting approvals.
• Centralizing information to improve erection operations.
• Managing calibrated appliances and tools.
• Time management of personnel and contractual follow-up of NDT subcontractors.
