Job summary

Mitie Group plc. and Marks & Spencer are seeking a proactive Site Protection Officer to deliver security coverage across Marks & Spencer Distribution Centres in Avonmouth. You will safeguard staff, visitors, and assets, while maintaining high service standards and reporting incidents per site procedures.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, including short-notice cover. Comprehensive training and a benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional security cover across multiple M&S Distribution Centres in Bristol.
• Monitor access control systems, CCTV and vehicle movements per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and site/person searches to maintain safety and security.
• Report incidents clearly to security management and assist with investigations.
• Support short-notice assignments and maintain compliance with health and safety policies.
