Job summary

Pure Tech Recruitment is seeking a site-based Project Manager for a progressive civil engineering subcontractor delivering water sector packages across multiple towns in the South East. You will manage a portfolio up to £2m, control programmes, mobilise, deliver, and handover, leading site teams to meet time and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant H&S qualifications (IOSH, CITB, CSCS).
• Experience with water/sewage or civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager has overall responsibility for ensuring our projects is completed on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
• Control all aspects of programmes ensuring systems, policies and procedures are fully adhered to.
• Managing the project lifecycle from end to end: mobilisation, delivery through to completion and handover.
• Leading a team of site teams to ensure successful execution of the programme.
• Overall responsibility for commercial and programme delivery whilst ensuring client satisfaction.
• Attend/arrange co‑ordination, progress and programme/resource meetings as required with clients.
