Job summary

Pure Tech Recruitment is seeking a site-based Project Manager for a civil engineering subcontractor delivering water sector packages across the UK. You will manage multiple projects up to £2m within regions including Basingstoke, Camberley, Bracknell, Windsor, Guildford, Maidenhead and Slough.

You will lead site teams, ensure on-time delivery, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding HSE standards and NEC3 contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in water and/or sewage industries preferred.
• Experience in civil engineering and design & build projects is acceptable.
• Strong health, safety, quality and environmental knowledge and practice.
• Ability to report and monitor contract activity (NEC3, CIC, etc.).
• Relevant H&S qualifications (IOSH/CITB, CSCS, First Aid, EUSR).

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to high standards.
• Control programmes and ensure procedures are followed.
• Manage the project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover.
• Lead site teams to deliver the programme successfully.
• Take overall responsibility for commercial and programme delivery with clients.
• Attend/co-ordinate progress and programme meetings with clients.
