Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a long-term site-based role on a six-storey hotel development in Reading. You will manage day-to-day on-site delivery, oversee steel frame packages and coordinate multiple trades to maintain programme and quality.

The ideal candidate has subcontractor-side experience, strong health & safety knowledge, and is available immediately or at short notice to drive progression on the project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on multi-storey construction projects.
• Experience working for a subcontractor.
• Experience managing steel frames and follow-on trade packages.
• Strong site-based operational experience and health & safety knowledge.
• Available immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of works on site.
• Oversee the steel frame and construction packages.
• Coordinate joists, brickwork, windows and trades.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor programme and maintain schedule.
• Maintain RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with project team.
• Identify and resolve site issues to keep works progressing.
