Job summary

Bell Building Projects is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, permanent role on site in the UK. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee a live project, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and drive progress to meet strict timelines.

3-Day First Aid at Work certification.

Responsibilities

Planning and managing the project from initiation to completion.
Managing all labour and subcontractors on-site.
Reviewing and monitoring project progress to ensure timelines are met.
Attending site meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and address issues.
Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
Assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Completing all required site forms on a daily and weekly basis.
Ensuring quality control measures are effectively implemented.
Maintaining safety standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
Updating and managing the QA process and the Golden Thread documentation.
