Job summary

Bell Building Projects is seeking a Project Manager to lead a live construction project. The role is full time and site based, reporting to the Regional Manager on a fast-paced site.

The successful candidate will manage on-site labour, subcontractors, and health and safety, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met. A strong background in steel and cladding projects and CSCS Gold/Black is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• CSCS Gold or Black Card.
• 3-day First Aid at Work.
• Experience with main contractors.
• Knowledge of quality, safety and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate labour and subcontractors on-site.
• Monitor progress against timeline and budget.
• Attend site meetings with stakeholders and address issues.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and safety.
• Manage QA processes and Golden Thread documentation.
