Job summary

Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) Limited is seeking a Project Manager for a Norfolk-based project. You will lead the site delivery on a £2m–£15m project, coordinating with pre-construction and the delivery teams to bring the works to a successful completion.

You will work with a Contracts Manager on planning and design, ensuring timely, high-quality results while upholding strict Health & Safety standards. Procore experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card and SMSTS qualifications are required.
• Experience in Project Manager roles with regional or national main contractors is preferred.
• Skills in leading teams and client management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one project as the site-based lead from start to completion.
• Collaborate with a Contracts Manager on planning and design throughout the project.
• Communicate effectively to deliver projects on time, to high quality, with strong Health & Safety standards.
