Job summary

Kerry in Menstrie, a large fermentation facility, is hiring a Process & Project Engineer to optimise key unit operations and drive capital projects. You will work on NPI, yield improvements and cross-functional initiatives with operators and contractors.

The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, with a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery of projects within budget. Relevant engineering degree and process experience are expected.

Qualifications

Requires a degree in Process/Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience in Process Engineering is essential; project experience is a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines in a complex environment.
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Proficient with MS Office and good document control.

Responsibilities

Support Operator capability building through SOP creation, training and knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot critical site concerns using process SME knowledge.
Create investment proposals with descriptions, cost estimates and timetables.
Develop and deliver multiple capital projects simultaneously.
Create project plans and coordinate resources to meet milestones.
Manage contractors and support safe systems of work.
Improve and develop project engineering procedures.
