Job summary

Hales Group are working with their client to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor or Manager to take responsibility for the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of their manufacturing site.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate and strong health & safety leadership, including contractor management and site logistics coordination to keep production running safely and smoothly. Salary around £45,000 per annum with benefits.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent essential.
• Experience managing operations within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong health & safety knowledge with contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Health, Safety and Environmental activities, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee contractors, inductions, risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
• Develop and manage site budget, ensuring cost control and efficient resource use.
