Job summary

Nicholas Associates is recruiting for an HSE Advisor at a UK manufacturing site. You will be the sole on-site Health and Safety lead, driving safe behaviours and ensuring regulatory compliance across the site.

The role offers a salary of up to £45,000, full-time hours, and benefits including pension, private healthcare, and death in service. NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable, with exposure to waste management, COSHH, and strong IT and communication skills expected.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable.
• Exposure to environmental - waste management, energy savings, COSHH.
• Strong IT skills Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills - a strong communicator dealing with a site of 120 employees on site.

Responsibilities

• Be the sole on-site Health and Safety lead for the group.
• Ensure a safe workplace and foster safe behaviours.
• Collaborate with group Health and Safety functions and site teams.
