Job summary

Line Up Aviation in Greater Manchester is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a Part-145 MRO facility. This fully onsite role oversees wheel and brake component maintenance and overhaul, driving performance and continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance. The position requires proven aviation management experience, strong Part-145 knowledge, and leadership of a specialist workshop team to meet safety, quality and turnaround targets.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in aviation Part-145 maintenance or MRO.
Extensive experience in aircraft component maintenance.
Strong knowledge of Part-145 regulations and MOE requirements.
Experience leading teams and improving productivity.
Experience with audits and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

Act as Part-145 Form 4 Post Holder ensuring compliance with regulations and MOE.
Lead daily workshop operations, planning, capacity and targets.
Drive KPI monitoring and Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
Develop and support workshop team ensuring competency and training.
Collaborate with Quality, Safety and stakeholders to sustain compliance culture.
