Job summary

Meritus Talent is partnering with a leading aviation organisation to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee Line and Base maintenance operations. You will lead engineering teams, drive performance, and coordinate planning and resource allocation while engaging Compliance Monitoring to uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading aircraft maintenance teams.
• Experience in Part 145, MRO or similarly regulated aviation environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Base and Line Maintenance activities.
• Manage daily performance and discipline of the Engineering Department.
• Lead and develop engineering personnel with the right competence and capability.
• Support planning of scheduled maintenance with available personnel, tooling, and materials.
• Ensure maintenance complies with work specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee subcontracted maintenance providers as needed.
• Collaborate with Compliance Monitoring to address findings and actions.
• Attend meetings representing the maintenance function.
