Job summary

Poole Recycling Centre, operated by BCP Council, is seeking a Site Operative in the Environment department. You will sort waste and recyclables, load material, sweep the site, and ensure a clean, safe environment while helping residents dispose of waste.

The role is full-time with a 37-hour fixed rota from Friday to Tuesday, including weekends and bank holidays, outdoors in all weather. No prior waste experience is required; right to work in the UK is required.
