Job summary

Recserv Ltd. is seeking a practical Site Operative to join our growing Operations Team. This role involves hands-on work on glasshouse construction, energy centres, and energy-efficiency installations across the UK, with full training provided to build expertise across multiple systems.

Ideal candidates will hold a CSCS card, PASMA and IPAF MEWP certifications, a clean UK driving licence, and strong teamwork and communication skills. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Job description

Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Site Operative to join our growing Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and wants to develop their skills across a range of specialist construction and energy projects.

Working on glasshouse construction, energy centres, and energy-efficiency installations, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects throughout the UK. Full training and development opportunities will be provided to help you build expertise across multiple systems and technologies.

Previous experience in glasshouse construction would be highly advantageous, particularly in areas such as steel erection, glazing, gutters, drainage systems, and door installation.

Essential Requirements

• CSCS Card holder.
• PASMA certification.
• IPAF MEWP operator certification.
• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and willing to learn.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience in glasshouse construction and fit-out.
• Experience with steel erection, glazing, gutters, drainage systems, and doors.
• Knowledge of plumbing, pipework, water systems, and heating systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.SSSTS qualification.
• Telehandler operation experience and/or CPCS certification.
