• Assist with setting up scaffolding, barricades or signage as required.

We are seeking a dedicated Site Labourer to join our clients on site installation teams. This role involves supporting various on‑site activities to ensure smooth project progress and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic construction setting. Duties

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and tools.
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and equipment as directed.
• Help with site safety procedures, including maintaining clear pathways and adhering to safety protocols.
• Transport materials around the site using appropriate equipment such as wheelbarrows or forklifts, where qualified.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the site tidy, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with setting up scaffolding, barricades, or signage as required for ongoing work phases.
• Follow instructions from supervisors closely to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Experience

• Previous experience in a construction or manual labour environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
• Basic understanding of construction site operations is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm for gaining industry knowledge is key.
