Job summary

GRS Group is seeking a proactive site operations supervisor to ensure a safe and efficient production environment across our Langley sites. You will lead a team, coordinate transport, and drive budgeted P&L results while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

The role requires a CAN-DO attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills to support a fast-paced, growth-driven business with opportunities for development and progression.

Qualifications

• Training will be given but experience in the above areas will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills (Essential)
• Key to this role is an ability to understand and deliver excellent level of service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Induct all visitors and contractors to site and ensure compliance with Health and Safety rules.
• Coordinate and supervise across multiple site operations to meet daily and budget targets.
• Manage transport and staffing plans, ensuring cost control and efficient production.
• Liaise with sales teams on stock, ETA and customer requirements; support load planning and delivery accuracy.
